Gary Thwaites, Managing Director of Tan Express talks about the benefits SolarTrack has given his business.

Having a chain of 8 shops there is no way I can be everywhere at once. Therefore, I had 2 main reasons at looking for a computer systems: Firstly, to prevent theft and secondly, to ensure customer safety. I looked at a number of systems but felt that SolarTrack offered by far the best solution and the best ongoing support.

I originally took SolarTrack in a new shop to try it out. SolarTrack came and provided training for the staff who soon picked up the system. Having successfully completed the trial period I am now committed to implementing SolarTrack in all 8 of my salons.

The second implementation took place in July and I have been amazed at the results. The takings have been up between 15 and 20% every day. SolarTrack has paid for itself in the first 2 weeks!

SolarTrack also automatically tells the staff if a customer tries to go on a bed more than once in a day. This ensures that customers are prevented from overusing the beds.

An additional benefit has been in the time and money saved now I am no longer using token meters. The time spent counting, checking and delivering tokens has been a major part of each day. SolarTrack now emails me a report every night showing how each salon is doing so I have time for a life away from the shops.

The benefits of using SolarTrack are both short and long term. The software will continue to pay for itself many times over in the years ahead.
